        2. In the table of nutrients, the protein content is greater than or equal to 2.9 grams per 100 grams, and its nutritional value increases as the content increases.

        Children under 3 years of age should not contain sugar, and infants over 3 years of age can choose low sugar or those containing sugar substitutes.

        The list of ingredients of sugary yogurt does not need to indicate "sucrose", "white sugar", etc., such as fructose, glucose, etc.

        There is also the nutrient table to judge by. In general, unsweetened yogurt contains about 5 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams, and if it exceeds this value, more sucrose or sugar may be added.
